Organization culture comprises of a set of unwritten rules which give a unique personality to the organization. It is the system of shared assumption values that dictates the behaviour of the members in the organization. It displays various characteristics which may presume different weightages in different organizations. Members judge their values and try to match these perceived set of characteristics.
